For dryers, you should clean the lint filter daily, and if usage is high, it may need cleaning 3 times a day.

However, any issues caused by the consumer’s fault are handled as paid services. Consumable parts are also assessed by the professional customer support team, and if the issue is determined to be due to the customer's fault, it will be handled as a paid service.

If you have lost the contract, you can check the serial number on the front or rear of the equipment, which shows the shipment date, or contact the head office/branch to verify your purchase history.
Q. Can equipment still be repaired after 10 years of use?

If repairs are required due to parts failure, the repair can be done if the required parts are available (parts availability can range from 2 to 25 years)

If the drum is damaged, corroded, or leaking, and immediate action can't be taken on-site, contact Hwaseong Laundry Equipment's head office. We can perform a complete renewal similar to a hospital upgrade, and re-ship the equipment. (There are cases where this may not be possible).
