- As the name suggests, this laundry equipment is designed to iron large-scale laundry items using a rotating roll (a rotating cylindrical object) and a heated plate with high pressure and heat It is mainly used in hotels, resorts, and hospitals for drying and ironing bed linens such as sheet covers, sheet toppers, duvet covers, and pillow covers
- Installed throughout the entire process of the roller ironer equipment, this machine unfolds tangled laundry from the washing and spinning process and feeds it into the roller ironer. While its role may seem simple, the presence of this equipment significantly impacts productivity and workforce management
- Using a semi-feeder allows for reducing the traditional two-person operation to a single-person operation. It is also easy to use for people of all ages, including disabled and elderly workers. Additionally, it is compatible with the original feeder and is an independently developed model upon request by Hwaseong Laundry Machinery. This model allows production with fewer personnel compared to standard operations
