- By eliminating errors caused by two or more workers manually folding, counting, and stacking, this equipment maximizes productivity by automatically folding and stacking large laundry items (such as sheets) ironed through a roller ironer according to user settings.
- The folder is synchronized with the roller ironer, which operates at varying speeds depending on the type of laundry, allowing for automatic speed control to prevent laundry accumulation or stoppage. Sheets ironed by the roller ironer are transferred to the folder via a controlled conveyor belt, ensuring they do not slide or shift improperly. As they move along the sandwich-structured conveyor belt and pinch roll, they are folded according to the set program using an air blast system and folding knife.
- The stacker operates based on a pre-set program, ensuring that the folded laundry pauses on a designated flap at the bottom of the folder. Once the correctly folded laundry stops, the flap opens, dropping the items below. When the stacked laundry reaches the pre-set quantity, it is moved to the discharge conveyor for collection.
- This equipment is installed throughout the roller ironer process to unfold tangled laundry from the washing and spinning process before feeding it into the roller ironer. Though its role may seem simple, its usage significantly impacts productivity and workforce efficiency.
- Using a semi-feeder allows the traditional two-person operation to be reduced to a single worker, making it accessible to individuals regardless of gender, age, or physical ability. It is compatible with original feeders and was independently developed by Hwaseong Laundry Machinery at the request of GoSaekSa. The semi-feeder is particularly suitable for operations that require fewer personnel while maintaining high productivity.
